We offer 6 months parts warranty on the scooter you purchased.
The warranty covers factory defect only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user, or by other event. We require parts to be shipped back to our warehouse or a picture of faulty part via email before replacing parts under warranty. Return shipping costs at the customer’s expenses.
Items and conditions that are specifically excluded from this warrantyDamage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper vehicle operation.
Any modifications or alteration of any standard specifications or equipment.
Damage caused by failure to perform factory recommended service maintenance.
Damage which occurs as a result of improper storage.
Damage caused by the use of improper fuel or lubricants.
The following normal wear parts are specifically excluded from warranty coverage:
1. Rubber Parts 2. Mirrors 3. Exhausts
4. Tyres 5. Belts 6. Brake Parts
7. Filters, Spark Plugs 8. Bulbs and lamps |

Just felt I had to say a big THANK-YOU for your help and advice both before, during and after purchasing the R3. Not once did I feel pressurised to buy and the way you kept me constantly updated with the surpurb and speedly delivery was fantastic.

Just a quick note to let you know that my Jonway has proven to be a great commuter and huge money saver for me. Rather than drive into London in my car, I now zip in on 2 wheels, I save about 75% on what I used to pay in petrol on 4 wheels and also £8 a day congestion charge. The bike will have paid for itself in a few months. The Jonway goes great, is plenty fast enough and has been utterly reliable which is very important for my 55 mile round trip into Central London every day.
I would recommend this good looking, practical machine to anyone.

JONWAY R3 YY125-21 What a great buy direct from the Importers. "BIKEEASY"
This Chinese built 4 stroke Scooter handles like a dream, stops on a six-pence
( ancient small coin ) due to its ABS breaking system. The easy starting & automatic
gearing allows the bike to climb steep hills without hardly any change in speed &
it's MPG is in 3 figures.
It really is the ideal bike to ride and is complete with most essentials. An excellent alarm
and top-box can be added for a minimal cost. I doubt if you could buy a comparable scooter
for such a small outlay.
Added to the above you couldn't wish for a more customer orientated ( excuse the pun ) Importer.
Nothing is too much trouble. Buy one and you will be most pleasantly surprised.
